OverviewAnsible is seeking a Senior General Management Consultant who is experienced in program and project management to support the Veterans Health Administration (VHA) in executing multiple concurrent transformation initiatives. The Management Consultant will provide services to VHA clients including strategic planning program evaluation business process improvement and implementation and operations support (i.e. studies data management performance measurement training development research and policy).The successful candidate is independent but works well in a team environment; has a high attention to detail; applies critical thinking and creativity to developing work products; has strong written and oral communication skills and has proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Word PowerPoint Excel Project Power Apps and Visio. The candidate must be able to understand project objectives client environment and stakeholders and facilitate multi-disciplinary project teams including developing and managing project plans meeting agendas strategic plans white papers senior leader briefings and standard project management artifacts.The candidate will plan and organize work sometimes across various projects and deliver and monitor quality of work products and overall performance in meeting client expectations.
