Primoris Energy Services is seeking a strategic execution-driven Senior Vice President of Operations to lead all operational functions across our industrial power civil and mechanical business lines. This senior executive will drive operational strategy strengthen execution discipline ensure safe outcomes and deliver predictable financial performance across PES.In this role you will lead and align four Vice Presidents of Operations partner closely with functional leaders build organizational capability and ensure our teams deliver high-quality projects with precision and strong client confidence.RESPONSIBILITIES:Establish the long-range operational strategy for Primoris Energy Services.Connect strategic plans to annual objectives and measurable outcomes.Align VPs of Operations on priorities targets delivery expectations and field execution actions.Direct and support project delivery across all PES business units.Hold VPs accountable for schedule adherence cost control quality outcomes and client satisfaction.Ensure resource planning staffing and mobilization meet each profit centers needs.Strengthen operational discipline through consistent processes controls and expectations.Drive predictable monthly and quarterly financial results.Review forecasts WIP margins and performance trends with each VP.Identify operational and financial risks early and implement corrective actions.Champion a culture of safety and ensure visible leadership engagement across all sites.Enforce compliance with regulatory standards quality requirements and Primoris safety protocols.Ensure field teams execute work safely correctly and consistently.Partner with Project Controls HSE QA/QC Commercial HR Accounting and Supply Chain to support efficient execution.Ensure functional teams provide fast accurate and high-quality support to operations.Strengthen collaboration between operations and functional leaders to improve project outcomes.Build protect and strengthen client relationships at the executive level.Support business development efforts with operational insight and pursuit strategy guidance.Represent PES in high-level client discussions negotiations and project reviews.Build a strong operational bench across all business units.Coach and develop the VPs of Operations ensuring they grow their managers and project teams.Establish clear succession plans for key leadership roles.Identify gaps affecting predictability cost and execution accuracy.Lead improvement initiatives backed by data and performance trends.Introduce tools and practices that enhance planning execution productivity and metrics reporting.REQUIREMENTS:15 years of operations leadership experience within industrial construction energy services or EPC project environments.Bachelors degree in Engineering Construction Management Business Administration or related field (Masters preferred); or equivalent relevant experience.Proven success managing large-scale EPC projects across multiple business units.Strong financial acumen including budgeting forecasting and cost control experience.Deep understanding of regulatory requirements industry standards and safety protocols.Exceptional strategic thinking leadership and decision-making capabilities.Strong communication and stakeholder influence skills with the ability to lead across operations and functional groups.Willingness to travel as required to project sites offices and client locations.BENEFITS:Competitive compensation paid weeklyBest-in-class; Medical Dental Vision and LTD/STD401(k) with company match vested day-oneEmployee Stock Purchase Plan ESPPTuition ReimbursementPaid Time Off Holiday Pay and Community Service Paid Time OffPet Coverage For our Furry FriendsLegal Assistance CoverageAward winning safety programsCOMPANY OVERVIEWPrimoris was formed in 2004 as the parent company and is traded on the NYSE under the symbol PRIM.
