Additionally this position is responsible for analyzing assigned classifications and reclassifications of classified and professional positions at the College of Southern Nevada. The job duties associated within this position include all aspects associated with the: (1) talent acquisition activities with academic faculty administrative professionals and classified staff and (2) classification/reclassification of administrative professionals and classified staff (3) provide assistance with Applicant Tracking System (Workday) across campus to employees and candidates when needed and (4) assist with talent acquisition tracking reporting to measure the effectiveness of processes and goals.The College of Southern Nevada is always looking to strengthen our institution by adding the best available talent to our staff. Were seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us source identify screen and hire individuals for various roles. Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills experience in talent acquisition proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems and the ability to devise sourcing strategies for potential applicants.
