Today through our business customers across the country millions of consumers use Qualia to close on homes every year.WHAT YOULL WORK ONWe are seeking a Senior Strategic Partnerships Manager to source develop and execute on partnerships that drive value for Qualia clients and grow the Qualia ecosystem. This position will be a member of the Strategic Partnerships team reporting to the VP of Strategic Partnerships in San Francisco and working closely with various teams throughout the company including Product Engineering Sales and Marketing.RESPONSIBILITIESSource structure negotiate execute and implement strategic deals involving a variety of Qualia products and servicesPerform in-depth research and analysis of potential product & partnership opportunities that align with the companys growth objectives including market sizing competitive positioning assessments solution requirements research and trend analysis that shapes both partnership strategy and product roadmapWork with both internal and external product sales operations and marketing teams to drive to successful partnership outcomesDevelop deep relationships with key partners that fit into our business plan and strategyUnderstand business model implications and communicate in a results-oriented and financially-grounded wayYOUR BACKGROUND THAT LIKELY MAKES YOU A MATCHMinimum 3 years of experience evaluating partnerships in a technology partnerships and/or consulting contextTechnical understanding of or experience with cloud-based SaaSInternal stakeholder management experience with demonstrated excellence working with company leadership legal product management and marketingProven record of creating and executing on partnerships and negotiating dealsStrong research and analytical capabilities with experience conducting primary research expert interviews competitive intelligence or market analysisResourcefulness and initiative to create new partnership ideas and produce results in a dynamic environmentAbility to evaluate different options and determine unknown unknowns to make decisions in a complex landscapeThorough understanding of a variety of business modelsAn extremely proactive self-starter mentality with excellent organizational skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to identify and provide comprehensive solutions for varying partner needsAbility to thrive in an unstructured fast-paced environmentBonus points for any of the following: experience in a high-growth technology company or 2 years of experience at an investment bank management consulting company research advisory firm or strategy consulting firmWhile this role is based in Austin Texas were open to exploring remote possibilities for qualified candidates.WHY QUALIAQualia is made up of incredibly bright mission-driven coworkers who are passionate about using technology to solve real-world problems---and were growing order to continue building an engaging and dynamic organization were committed to giving everyone the support they need to do great work.Our benefits package is designed to allow our team members to be their best selves both in and out of the addition to comprehensive health plans a 401k program and commuter benefits we prioritize family and personal well-being through professional development parental leave and a flexible time off policy.
