Job Description:The RoleWe are seeking a Senior Strategy Analyst to join the Investment Decisioning team within the Advanced Process Solutions (APS) Domain a group dedicated to building and deploying technologies that drive automation digitization and efficiency across our servicing ecosystem. Our mission is to create a future state where digital interactions replace paper client experiences are streamlined and automated and associates focus on high-value work.As part of this team you will play a pivotal role in technology investment decisioning partnering closely with senior leaders to evaluate and shape strategic technology initiatives. This is a high-impact role that blends finance strategy and technology insights to inform recommendations on investments aligned with our firms mission. Note: This role is not a traditional business analyst or requirements gathering position.Operating in a fast-paced environment you will lead business and technical analyses develop financial models and synthesize insights from data subject matter experts and industry benchmarks. You will also contribute to defining future-state processes identifying pain points and crafting actionable recommendations.
