Join our dynamic team and support a group of talented professionals to contribute to the success of our organization.Position Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Vice President (VP) Chief Talent Management Officer (GTM VP) to develop and execute strategic initiatives aligned with the departments goals and objectivesSupport the annual strategy and priority development process establishing a top-level project management system including an integrated timeline status reporting mechanisms and clear connection points across initiativesIdentify define and track annual success metrics capturing tangible wins for year-end reporting and achievement summariesSupport the GTM Leadership Team (LT) in developing monthly metrics analytics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Serve as the Portfolio Manager for all GTM projects and initiativesPartner with the GTM LT to organize and maintain a comprehensive full view of project management plans for annual deliverablesDevelop and implement comprehensive project plans ensuring timely execution and delivery of key milestonesCreate and maintain a standardized status update and Performance to Plan review system at the GTM level proactively identifying and removing roadblocksCoordinate and integrate efforts across all Global Talent Development and Employee Experience (GTD&EE) Strategy and Integration LeadsFacilitate quarterly LT alignment meetings to ensure priority plans are interconnected dependencies are managed and all teams remain on planCoordinate with other teams within the organization to align cross-functional initiatives and ensure consistent communication to business partnersBuild and maintain the teams operating rhythm integrating feedback loops to drive continuous improvementDrive operational efficiency by soliciting team feedback identifying process improvements and optimizing workflows at the team and LT levelManage GTM team headcount tracking provide EOA (Employee Org Administrator) visibility for distribution lists organizational charts and meeting updatesWork across the GTM LT to create a rolled-up budget and work with finance on budget managementSupport onboarding planning and execution for new hires to the GTM Leadership TeamManage overall meeting and communication protocols for the teamFacilitate team-level meetings and key GTM LT meetingsDevelop and coordinate all GTM VP communicationsDevelop presentation materials and reports for the GTM VP for internal and external executive-level audiencesManage information repositories including the upkeep of the team SharePoint/Teams channelCreate a robust document management system for the GTM LT to increase visibility and facilitate knowledge sharing across GTM activitiesBasic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):10 years of experience in strategy and/or project management3 years of experience preparing and presenting to executivesExperience supporting cross-functional teams with the ability to provide guidance mentorship and support to team membersExperience managing a project portfolio and multiple projects simultaneously prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environmentPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):Bachelors Degree or higherExperience leading a team in a formal and/or informal roleExperience in Human ResourcesExperience in Business OperationsExperience in a Learning or Talent Management roleExperience with project management tools data analysis software and Microsoft Office SuiteDrug Free Workplace:Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana cocaine opioids amphetamines PCP and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies.Pay & Benefits:At Boeing we strive to deliver a Total Rewards package that will attract engage and retain the top talent.
