Identifies, documents, and resolves safety or procedural violations through corrective actions. Reviews and understands all contract, construction, and specification documents to ensure project conformance. Conducts constructability reviews and leads quality control/assurance planning for all project phases. Oversees scheduling, inspection, and testing to maintain workflow efficiency and prevent defects. Provides strong field leadership through supervision, mentorship, and career development of team members. Coordinates subcontractors, trade partners, and design professionals to maintain alignment and accountability. Develops and manages detailed construction schedules, logistics, and procurement plans from preconstruction to completion. Manages field cost control, productivity analysis, equipment use, and budget forecasting.
