As a key member of the team this position will support the day-to-day program execution for the program management teams and collaborate closely with various Senior Directors Program Managers customers Leads and other cross-functional groups.What You Will DoSupport Space ISR facilities space planning leadPrepare and present briefings to Senior Leaders Metrics development collection and dissemination to programs and internal customersSupport Space ISRs Deputy Business Manager Lead as requiredManage Employee Engagement InitiativesConduct risk analysis and mitigation of programmatic challenges that may include special projects for shaping customer communication and program growth potentialMonitor and report on project progress providing weekly monthly metrics to ensure deliveries are metMaintain detailed dashboards and reports on project performance including status milestones resource allocation budget risks and issuesDevelop execute and maintain project plans updating them to reflect changing requirements and prioritiesFacilitate lessons learned sessions to support the program in driving continuous improvementPlan prepare packages and coordinate all actions associated with Space ISR Senior Leader monthly meetingsManage SharePoint or other tools as requiredQualifications You Must Have:Bachelors degree in a related discipline and minimum five years of relevant experience (including business and program management finance etc)Experience supporting US government customers in a cleared environmentExperience developing process documentation (to include Standard Operating Procedures)Experienceengagingand reporting out to all levels of executive stakeholdersExperience managing/supporting SharePoint resources3 years minimum experienceleading direct staff membersExperiencesupportingcross-functionalteamsAn activeand transferableTS/SCI level U.S. government issued security clearance isrequiredpriorto start date. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
