We value teamwork and strive to build strong leaders.Location: Dahlgren, Virginia 22448Job Type: Full-TimeClearance: Top Secret ClearanceJob Description:Provides systems engineering, analysis, and design support for IT systems and services, including requirements identification, change control, acquisition, logistics, and lifecycle management to sustain and modernize computing capabilities.Delivers enterprise application and database development, lifecycle maintenance, technical documentation, and verification and validation (V&V) for web-based, business, and corporate information systems, including SharePoint and Microsoft SQL solutions.Manages and sustains ITSM Tool(s) platforms by designing, developing, and maintaining workflows, configurations, integrations, and security compliance (DISA STIG), while providing SME-level troubleshooting and performance optimization.Supports Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) design, deployment, and operations, integrating these capabilities into IT processes to enhance automation, cybersecurity, and real-time analytics through AIOps solutions.Provides web development and maintenance for Government-off-the-shelf (GOTS) applications and portals, developing, testing, and troubleshooting web pages and databases using tools and languages such as Visual Studio, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, C#, and SQL.Supports Department of Navy (DON) applications and IT procurement by managing DITPRDON, DADMS, and NAV-ITAS systems; performing data entry, compliance reporting, training, and IT procurement package preparation in accordance with federal and DoD requirements.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's level degree in an Engineering discipline.Six (6) years of professional experience in relation to implementation of business and technical requirements; analyzing; planning and development; application testing; and database management support.Qualified experience in Department of Defense Architecture Framework (DoDAF) and enterprise architecture tools such as IBMs System Architect.This position is required to be designated as IAT level III with a T3.
