DevOps & Automation (CI/CD Environments Tooling)Build and maintain automation across the software development lifecycle.Manage and refresh Dev/Test environments (patching OS health re-provisioning).Maintain CI/CD integrations (GitHub Jira) for build test deploy.Improve toolchains and introduce new automation where it accelerates development.Use AI tools where possible to streamline operations and monitoring. 2. Network & Security AdministrationManage wireless networks switches/routers and mobile devices.Support network segmentation routing VLANs and performance tuning.Administer next-gen firewalls (filtering threat prevention IPSec SSL decryption).Oversee endpoint security and physical security technologies.Support disaster recovery/business continuity planning. 3. Servers Virtualization & Cloud (Core of the Role)Administer VMware vSphere environments Windows/Linux servers and storage.Manage Active Directory GPOs DNS/DHCP PKI and identity services.Maintain server health backups and performance monitoring.Manage Microsoft 365 (email SharePoint OneDrive) & Azure services (VMs Files EntraID Conditional Access).Support external test/development environments. 4. Databases & AnalyticsAdminister SQL Server backups monitoring and performance basics.Manage integrations with Azure Application Insights. 5. End-User SystemsDeploy and image workstations (Windows/Mac/Linux).Configure employee access (AD file shares O365).Maintain mobile devices and printers. 6.
