The Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner will provide innovative thinking and consultation skills to source and hire sought-after talent. The ideal candidate will have proven full life recruitment experience and have a roll up your sleeves attitude. This role will be a subject matter expert and trusted partner to hiring managers owning the relationship and driving recruitment strategy and process. This position will also be a part of a high-performing work team responsible for supporting various functions including Supply Chain.
