At Justt youll partner with product engineering data success and go-to-market teams to build technology that sits at the core of modern payments and has a direct measurable impact on the bottom line for some of the biggest companies in the world.The OpportunityWere hiring our first People & Talent team member in the U.S. based in New York to lead GTM hiring while shaping the employee experience on the ground.As our Senior Talent Acquisition & People Partner youll drive all U.S. and UK GTM recruitment end-to-end while serving as the primary People representative for our New York site. This is a hands-on dual-impact role combining strategic talent acquisition with people operations and employee experience.Youll own the full recruitment lifecycle partner closely with hiring managers and create a world-class candidate journey. At the same time youll play a foundational role in supporting our U.S. employees overseeing benefits administration onboarding and day-to-day People needs while establishing the culture and employee experience from the ground up.This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact and help build Justts US presence.What Makes This Role SpecialThis isnt just a recruitment role its a chance to shape the People experience in our U.S. hub.Youll lead GTM hiring:Drive full-cycle recruitment for Sales Customer Success and Revenue roles across the U.S. and UKBuild and manage active pipelines independentlyCreate exceptional candidate experiences that reflect our brandUse AI tools and data analytics to optimize every stage of the hiring funnelYoull be the first People representative on-site in New York:Act as the local point of contact for all People-related mattersOwn U.S. benefits administration end-to-end Design and deliver an exceptional onboarding experience for U.S. hiresFoster a strong connected culture aligned with our global People approachYoull join a strategic data-driven People team with the autonomy to innovate execute and make a real difference from day one.What Youll DoTalent Acquisition (80%)Lead and execute GTM hiring efforts across the U.S. and UKBuild and maintain robust talent pipelines for Sales Customer Success and Revenue rolesPartner closely with hiring managers to deeply understand needs and deliver exceptional talentEnsure every candidate has a world-class experience with JusttLeverage AI tools and analytics to continuously optimize recruitment processesChampion and strengthen Justts employer brand in competitive marketsTrack analyze and report on recruitment metrics to inform strategyStay agile and responsive to evolving business prioritiesPeople Partnering & Employee Experience (20%)Serve as the primary People partner for our New York siteOwn the U.S. onboarding experience and ensure smooth integration for new hiresManage U.S. benefits administration and serve as the go-to expert for employee questionsFoster a cohesive inclusive and engaging on-site culture that reflects Justts valuesPartner with the global People team to align programs communication and initiativesRequirements:Must-haves:5 years of hands-on experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner in a global startup environmentProven track record hiring Go-To-Market talent (Sales CS Revenue roles) in the U.S.Strong execution skills and ability to manage multiple priorities independentlyOutstanding interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilitiesCuriosity and agility in learning new tools including generative AIExperience as the first or sole People/TA representative in a U.S. site or demonstrated ability to operate with high ownership and autonomyHands-on familiarity with U.S. benefits programs and HR operationsDeep understanding of U.S. hiring practices compensation norms and GTM talent market dynamicsWhat will set you apart:A data-driven approach to recruitment with a focus on metrics and continuous improvementAbility to build trust quickly and partner effectively across a distributed global teamEntrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building and scalingExperience using AI and automation to enhance TA processesHybrid mode : 4 days / week at the office.
