Qualifications
JD from an accredited law school; admission to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
7+ years of substantive tax law experience within a law firm, accounting firm, or advisory practice.
Strong command of federal and state tax regulations affecting individuals, pass-through entities, and corporations
