Senior Technical Analyst at American Family Insurance

This position collects requirements and converts into technical documentation for teams to consume. This role is a key contributor in influencing the business and technical analysis process across the entire enterprise.This role has not been approved for Visa sponsorship now or in the future.Position Compensation Range:$86,000.00 - $142,000.00Pay Rate Type:SalaryCompensation may vary based on the job level and your geographic work location. Relocation support is offered for eligible candidates.Primary AccountabilitiesWorks with the appropriate business groups throughout the application lifecycle to gather requirements, including design creation, code reviews, and test case sign off.Collaborates with team members to understand business requirements that drive the analysis, design, and creation of quality technical solutions.Clearly and concisely communicates verbal and written requirements and analysis output to development.Aligns technical solutions with business and strategic visions while complying with the organization's architectural standards.Identifies areas for simplification and bundling of requests to streamline project execution and make recommendations towards the need to develop new or reuse existing functionality.Provide estimation of level of effort through partnership with system owners and all affected functions.Specialized Knowledge & Skills RequirementsAbility to visualize, articulate, and solve problems to make informed decisions.
