Senior Technical Product Manager at Ohm Systems

Manager Notes These TPM positions can be 100% remote but managers would prefer previous Nike experience. All roles must have prior technical product management experience especially in developing strategy roadmaps etc. These are very senior level positions. Targeting 8-10 YOE minimum as a senior level resource. Prior Nike experience is a plus Jira & Confluence experience is a plus Role 1 Primary focus will be data quality - previous experience is a must Experience with CDQ IDQ and other generic data tools is a must Role 2: Primary focus will be working with technical teams to understand their technical standards and how we convert these to requirements Experience with data architecture engineering or other technical background is a must Experience with data governance including writing / rolling out policies and standards is key Role 3: Primary focus will be data governance - previous experience is a must Experience with Informatica Cloud Data Governance and Catalog and Informatica Data Marketplace is a must Role Purpose To lead the development and execution of complex high-impact products by leveraging deep expertise in product management technical strategy and domain knowledge. This role ensures alignment with organizational goals and drives innovation across multiple squads. Key Accountabilities Define and execute product strategies aligned with quarterly annual and multi-year business objectives. Lead cross-functional teams through the full product lifecycle-from ideation to launch-with a focus on measurable outcomes. Drive adoption and evolution of product management tools methodologies and best practices. Influence and align stakeholders across departments and external partners. Solve complex business problems in collaboration with technical and business stakeholders. Actively mentor and coach junior product professionals and contribute to organizational capability building. Critical Experiences Needed Proven track record of delivering successful products in complex cross-functional environments. Demonstrated leadership of large-scale initiatives involving multiple squads. Experience in defining and evolving product strategies based on data and market insights. Deep involvement in technical decision-making and future state architecture planning. Regular engagement with senior leadership and external stakeholders to communicate product vision and impact.
