The successful candidate will source potential candidates to drive firm growth and help add value to Unifys various clients. The candidate will understand our business landscape articulate a vision for success meet candidates virtually and face-to-face and close offers. Our environment is one of cooperation camaraderie and fun that inspires co-investment in each other; candidates who share these values will be the best culture fit.Responsibilities: Source and screen potential candidatesShepherd candidates through the entire recruiting process including providing employment offers discussing benefits and negotiating salariesCoordinate interviews with candidates and the leadership teamCollaborate with leaders to understand hiring needs and retain employeesRequired Qualifications: 4 years of recruiting experienceHeavy experience recruiting on technical roles such as Data Engineers Machine Learning and Software EngineeringExperience recruiting for business roles such as Business Analysts Project Managers Change Management is preferredKnowledge of various sourcing methods and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems(Lever preferred)Demonstrated success hiring technical candidates in a dynamic environmentExperience working in consulting staffing or managed/professional services companiesAbility to collaborate and build relationships with candidates and team membersProficiency with MS Word Excel PowerPoint and SharePointExcellent written and verbal communication skillsMust be local to the San Francisco Bay Area$115000 - $140000 a yearCompensation dependent on the candidates skills qualifications and experience.Unify Consulting LCC provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type.
