Knows how to apply theory and put it into practice with an in-depth understanding of a specific area. Independently performs the full range of responsibilities within the role.ResponsibilitiesData Collection and Analysis: Conduct research using primary data sources and select information needed for the analysis of key themes and trends.Contract Management: Deliver required outcomes by managing day-to-day relationships with contract service providers while working within an established contract management plan.Project Management: Deliver small- or medium-scale projects while working within an established program management plan.Feasibility Studies: Conduct feasibility studies from a technological and organizational perspective and document findings to complete cost-benefit analysis on implementing changes to business processes products or business unit structure.Business Case Contribution: Contribute to developing business cases to quantify current costs justify project investment and identify the return on investment.Knowledge Management System: Work within established knowledge management systems to deliver preset outcomes for an area of responsibility.Product and Solution Development: Define and deliver products and services that meet customer needs by selecting the best possible approaches available within established systems.Policy Development and Implementation: Work within established procedures to achieve specified goals.Improvement/Innovation: Identify shortcomings in existing processes systems and procedures and use established change management programs to address them.EducationBachelors Degree or Equivalent LevelExperienceGeneral Experience: Experience enables job holder to deal with the majority of situations and to advise others (Over 3 years to 6 years)Managerial Experience: Experience of general supervision of more junior colleagues (7 to 12 months)#LI-JS1As a multicultural organization we encourage individual achievement and recognize the strength of a diverse workforce.
