Rinker Design Associates (RDA) is seeking a Senior Transportation Engineer to lead traffic design and operational analysis for innovative transportation projects across Virginia. Join our team and shape the future of infrastructure in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.What You’ll DoLead Technical Excellence: Direct and oversee the technical development of traffic designs and operational analyses for diverse and innovative roadway and multimodal projects.
