Senior Treasury Management Consultant

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Treasury Management Consultant within Global Payments & Liquidity. In this role, you will:
- Partner with relationship managers and business bankers in a consultative selling role and responsible for meeting annual sales goals and sales activity targets by developing and executing a strategy to retain and fully penetrate existing relationships
- Review and analyze moderately complex business, operational, or technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors within Treasury Management Consulting functional area
- Independently resolve moderately complex issues
- Lead a Treasury Management Consulting team to meet project deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of Treasury Management Consulting functional area, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
- Collaborate and consult with Treasury Management Consulting peers, colleagues, and more experienced managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
- Lead Treasury Management Consulting projects and teams, or serve as a mentor for less experienced individuals
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of Treasury Management Sales experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- Treasury management products or services sales experience
- Ability to develop partnerships and collaborate with other business and functional areas
- Strong sales acumen across a multi-leveled B2B sales environment
- Ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced, deadline driven environment
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office products (Power Point, Word, Access)
Job Expectations:
- This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship
- Travel up to 40% of time
- This position is a hybrid work model. Must be willing to work out of designated office location approximately 3 days week (2 remote)
