Job Title: Senior UX Designer Location: Atlanta GA Experience: 10 Years Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UX Designer with 10 years of experience to drive user-centered design strategies across innovative digital products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UX research interaction design wireframing and prototyping with the ability to collaborate closely with product owners developers and business stakeholders to create intuitive and visually engaging experiences. Roles & Responsibilities Lead end-to-end UX design lifecycle including discovery research journey mapping wireframes prototypes and usability testing. Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to understand business goals technical constraints and user needs. Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to support user-centric decision making. Create high-fidelity wireframes interactive prototypes information architecture diagrams and UI specifications. Ensure consistency through design systems reusable components and UX standards aligned with Acuity Brands digital ecosystem. Present design concepts insights and recommendations to cross-functional teams and leadership. Translate complex workflows into intuitive and simple user experiences for web mobile and enterprise applications. Analyze user feedback performance metrics and usability studies to iterate on designs. Guide mentor and provide UX best practices to junior designers and team members. Work closely with development teams during implementation to maintain design integrity and user experience quality. Required Skills & Qualifications 10 years of professional experience in UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centric projects. Deep expertise in design and prototyping tools such as Figma Sketch Adobe XD InVision or Axure. Strong knowledge of UX methodologies design thinking research strategies and usability principles. Experience designing for complex enterprise or industrial IoT platforms is a plus (preferred for Acuity Brands domain). Ability to translate data and research into actionable design insights. Excellent communication storytelling and stakeholder-management skills. Ability to work in an agile environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
