Read on to learn more about an exciting opportunity to join our team.Impact You'll Make:As a Senior Vice President in Stout's CFO Advisory practice within our Accounting & Reporting Advisory group, you will lead the delivery of complex projects that support clients through transactions, transitions, and transformation. You'll take ownership of execution across a wide range of initiatives from transaction readiness and FP&A optimization to operating model design and M&A integration. This role is hands-on and delivery-focused, involving oversight of workstreams such as performance visibility, liquidity management, interim leadership support, and process improvement. Vice Presidents ensure high-quality execution, and help clients build scalable, high-performing finance functions.What You'll Do:Perform Finance and Accounting current-state assessments to establish a future-state vision and strategyDemonstrate understanding of Finance sub-functions (e.g., accounting, tax, treasury, FP&A)Review transaction documents, including purchase agreements and letters of interest, and communicate key implications to clientsIdentify integration opportunities for Buyer and Target across the operating modelApply baseline knowledge of key business processes: order to cash, source to pay, record to report, and plan to performInteract with Finance-focused ERPs, including NetSuite, Sage Intacct, SAP, and OraclePartner with clients ranging from early-stage to large publicly traded organizations in an industry-agnostic environmentSupport day-to-day execution of Accounting & Reporting Advisory assignments, including research and preparation of client deliverablesReview complex contracts and conduct related technical accounting researchPrepare accounting memoranda and policiesDetermine appropriate journal entries to record in systems of recordWhat You Bring:Bachelor or Master of Accounting or FinanceBig 4 or comparable experience requiredFamiliarity with private equity firms, mid-market and up10+ years of experience of audit and/or advisory experienceExperience with post-merger integration is a plusBaseline knowledge of key business processes (record to report, source to pay, and order to cash)Entrepreneurial and client-service focusedCPA PreferredHow You'll Thrive:Demonstrate ability to identify cross-sell opportunities with other Stout departments (Business Valuation, Financial Due Diligence, Investment Banking, etc.)Participate in business development and marketing activities, including proposals, presentations, and thought leadershipParticipate in market-facing activities to develop and maintain relationships with clients, prospects, and referral sources, principally consisting of public and private companiesWhy Stout?At Stout, we offer a comprehensive Total Rewards program with competitive compensation, benefits, and wellness options tailored to support employees at every stage of life.We foster a culture of inclusion and respect, embracing diverse perspectives and experiences to drive innovation and success. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.A reasonable estimate of the current range is $120,000.00 - $215,000.00 Annual.
