This position will have a dual reporting structureEssential Functions and TasksDelivers the necessary leadership mission vision and strategy to the client success teamBuilds leads and manages a high performing client success teamEstablishes engages and manages key client relationships and is responsible for the overall leadership of day-to-day client successServes as a key advisor and active participant in Ventra Healths strategic business planningMaintains the overview of KPIs for the service line and ensures expectations exceedAssist the sales team as necessary in their pursuit of new business for the company using executives relationships and knowledge to create lead generation and new opportunities wherever possibleUpon execution of a new client contract assure that services are implemented on time consistent with contractual provisions as well as client needs expectations and Ventra Healths standards. Take ownership of the client relationship following execution of the contract coordinating same with the sales team and the Chief Client OfficerDevelops and executes changes where necessary to meet company and client goals and objectives and to assure the highest level of client satisfactionOversees plan of action for significant key client deficiencies and owns the service line watchlist to ensure the units follow through on remedial activityIdentifies and creates strategic business opportunities within Ventra Healths existing client baseCreates and maintains a collaborative environment conducive to the professional growth and development of employeesEducation and Experience RequirementsBachelors Degree in Healthcare Administration Business Administration or related fieldMasters Degree in related field preferredRemote/TravelRemote opportunity nationwideExpected to visit key clients.
