Join the ECI Groups Professional Technical Services Network as an CWI Senior Wells Engineer.This is a Houston-Based a twelve-month contract role with a January 6 2006 start and ending on December 29 2026.JOB DESCRIPTIONTechnical Scope & ExpertiseSenior-level Wells Engineer role focused ondesign planning and management of drilling operations.Must handlemid-level wells engineering complexity including casing/tubing string design and activity unit selection.Requires translatingShell Wells guidelines/standardsinto practical execution with measurable business impact.Expected to drivetechnology adoptionand field optimization opportunities.Experience RequirementsStrong hands-on Wells Engineering experiencein drilling/completions/interventions (not junior-level).Direct experience managingdrilling operationsand collaborating with multi-disciplinary stakeholders and contractors.Previous exposure tobudget impact operational efficiency and leading technical recommendations.Experience guiding or mentoring others in Wells engineering is preferred.Soft Skills & LeadershipAbility to coordinate work independently and bring together inputs across teams.Strong communicator who can represent Shell externally as asubject matter expertwhen needed.Must be capable of delivering recommendations that influence operational decisions.NOTE: No visa sponsorships are available at this time for this position.
