Guest Service Attendant at Troon

The Peninsula Golf & Country Club is excited to announce the opportunity of Guest services Attendant. Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service.Key Responsibilities of the Guest service Attendant:Provides sincere and courteous service to all guests.Cleans and prepares golf carts for play following the standards of Troon Golf.Performs range maintenance such as: staging tee area picking and washing balls maintaining ball inventory over the course of the day.Directs start of play and maintains an accurate starting sheet.Assists with the overall upkeep of the clubhouse cart storage area and parking lot.Assists in the setup and execution of golf tournaments and outings.Maintains the cart staging and storage areas in a neat clean and orderly condition.Assists in educating players regarding course policy current cart policy and speed of play.Services the customer who is renting golf clubs and cleans rental clubs upon return.Cleans golfers clubs upon completion of play.Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.Performs other duties as required.Other Qualifications:Must have a general understanding of the game of golf.Valid Drivers License.Regular and reliable attendance.Weekend and holiday shifts are required.
