Server at Troon

We are looking for servers who want to make great money and have fun while serving our guests. The Servers are integral to the guest experience and provide food & beverage services to the guests of the property. The server will be processing orders and serving food & beverage items to customers ensuring 100% guest satisfaction.Qualifications Knowledge and Skill Requirements:1-2 years of food service experienceMinimum education: High School (or equivalent) DiplomaA thorough understanding of fine and casual diningPossesses excellent customer service skillsMust be dependableMust be able to work in a fast-paced environmentMust have strong communication and interpersonal skillsMust be able to work in a team environmentResponsibilities:Maintain a professional appearance at all timesProvide prompt and efficient customer serviceDisplay knowledge of the F&B menuTakes guests food and/or drink orders and turns into kitchen bar etcServe beverages and prepared meals to guests in an accurate and timely mannerAdhering to sanitation safety and alcohol beverage control policies including confirming legal drinking age and discontinuing service to intoxicated guestsChecks back to ensure guest(s) satisfaction; replenishes items as necessary and/or requestedSuggests and serves dessert coffee and other items as applicable and/or necessaryHandles all cash and/or credit cards for payment following all standard operating proceduresKeeps tables dining room and work station(s) sanitized and organizedListen and respond to customer complaintsPerforms clean-up and closing procedures as assigned by managerPerform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager Key Skills Disaster Recovery,Information Management,Network Administration,Active Directory,VMware,Citrix,Microsoft Windows Server,Windows,Microsoft Exchange,SAN,Database Administration,Dns Employment Type : Full Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
