Job Description
C. A. Russell Ford is seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Service Advisor to join our service department this role youll act as the bridge between our customers and techniciansproviding a positive service experience from drop-off to pick-up.The ideal candidate is friendly organized and thrives in a fast-paced team-driven environment. Prior automotive service experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate.Key Responsibilities:Greet customers in a professional and timely mannerListen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issuesPrepare repair orders and coordinate work with service techniciansCommunicate updates to customers throughout the repair processReview service recommendations and estimates with transparency and integrityFollow up with customers after service to ensure satisfactionMaintain accurate records in the dealerships service management systemHelp manage the flow of service drive traffic and appointmentsRequirements:Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer service role preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to multi-task and remain organized in a busy environmentProficiency with dealership software (Reynolds & Reynolds CDK etc.) a plusTeam player with a positive customer-first attitudeValid drivers license and clean driving recordAbility to pass a background checkCompensation & Benefits:Competitive pay structure with incentive opportunitiesHealth dental and vision insurancePaid time off and sick leave401(k)Ongoing training and advancement opportunitiesSupportive team-focused work environmentAbout C.
