Job Title: Service AdvisorLocation: Bismarck North DakotaCompany: I-State Truck CentersShift: Monday-Friday 6:30am-3:30pm (One Saturday a month rotational schedule) Were growing and looking for an energetic customer-focused Service Advisor to join our Bismarck team. If you love solving problems building relationships and keeping heavy-duty trucks rolling this is your opportunity!Service Advisors fulfill a critical role in our operations. They are responsible for building strong customer relationships by consulting with customers regarding their service needs. Together with the technicians a Service Advisor ascertains the cause of the issue(s) that prompted a given customers visit works to address and resolve those issues.
