Schedule appointments and manage shop workflow efficiently. Document vehicle concerns and explain repair recommendations clearly. Serve as the link between technicians and customers to ensure accuracy and timeliness. Review completed work and invoices with customers at pick-up. Follow up to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business. Meet and exceed service sales and customer satisfaction goals.What Were Looking For: Service Advisor or automotive customer-service experience preferred not required. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Basic automotive knowledge; Ford experience a plus.
