Other duties as assigned.Qualifications:Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in automotive service management or a related field.Strong leadership skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills both written and verbal.Strong customer service orientation with a focus on exceeding customer expectations.In-depth knowledge of automotive repair procedures and diagnostics (preferred).Proficient in computer software applications (e.g. Microsoft Office Suite shop management software).Valid drivers license and a clean driving record (required).Ready to take the next stepIf youre passionate about the automotive industry and have the skills to lead a successful team we invite you to apply.
