What You'll Do
As a Business Development Coordinator, you'll be the friendly voice and trusted connection for our service customers:
Handle inbound calls & make outbound appointment reminders
Reach out for service needs (recalls, recommended services, special orders, declined work, etc.)
Respond to service leads by phone, text, and email
Connect with customers, identify their needs & build trust
Update and manage the Service CRM
Book and reschedule service appointments in line with manufacturer guidelines
Help customers by directing them to the right person or department
Stay sharp with training & industry knowledge
Add value, share successes, and grow as part of a winning team
What We're Looking For
We're seeking a go-getter who thrives in a fast-paced, team environment:
Strong communication & customer service skills (a must!)
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and adaptable
Ability to multitask and stay organized
Prior BDC, call center, sales, or customer service experience preferred
Eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a positive team culture
