Kalispell Ford is looking for candidates who want to grow within the auto industry and provide communication and customer service to our community. Individuals who can be adaptable in a fast-paced environment will join a strong team atmosphere, where the focus is providing excellent customer service by phone.
You may be a good fit for this role if you are motivated and skilled in multitasking to support our Service department! In this position you will be responsible for answering inbound phone calls, responding to customers in a timely manner, and scheduling appointments. Bring your positive attitude and customer service mindset and join an energetic environment that balances teamwork and independence.

What You'll Do
- Answer phones in a professional and courteous manner, with a goal of setting an appointment with the customer at the dealership
- Ensure that all communications via phone, text, email or in person is professional and courteous
- Accomplish the forecast that has been established by the Service Drive Manager and the Service Manager
- Acknowledge customers who are waiting
- Perform any and all other related duties as required and assigned
- Maintain a professional image and appearance in the workplace
What You'll Need
- General knowledge of vehicle equipment
- Strong organizational skills and patience
- Keyboard skills & comfort with computers
- Competent phone skills
