Service Appointment/Receptionist

We are seeking a friendly and organized Service Appointment/Receptionist to join our team at Quality Auto Group in Englewood, NJ. This role is essential in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth communication between our service department and customers.

Responsibilities

  1. Greet customers warmly and assist them promptly upon arrival

  3. Answer and direct phone calls, respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person
  4. Maintain accurate records of service appointments and customer information
  5. Coordinate with service technicians to update customers on the status of their vehicles
  6. Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and processing payments if required

Requirements
