Parks Ford of Wesley Chapel Service Appt Coordinator
We are looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Service BDC Appointment Coordinator to join our team full-time at PARKS Motor Group - Tampa Bay. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our service customers helping ensure every interaction is smooth, professional, and efficient. This position is based in Wesley Chapel, FL, and offers compensation of $18.00 per hour paid bi-weekly.
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to schedule and confirm service appointments
- Greet and assist customers with a professional, helpful attitude via phone
- Coordinate vehicle pick-up and delivery logistics for customers
- Maintain accurate appointment records and manage scheduling calendars
- Perform filing, data entry, and general clerical duties
- Communicate effectively with the service team to ensure seamless handoffs
- Assist with additional administrative and support tasks as needed
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable with multi-line phone systems and basic computer programs
- Positive, customer-first attitude
- Prior experience in a BDC, dealership, or customer service role is a plus
