Service BDC Representative
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Service BDC Representative to join our automotive team. This position is responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer communication, scheduling service appointments, following up with customers, and helping drive service department traffic through exceptional customer service.
The ideal candidate is organized, professional, comfortable on the phone, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming service calls and respond to internet inquiries
- Schedule and confirm service appointments
- Make outbound follow-up calls to customers regarding maintenance, recalls, missed appointments, and service campaigns
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive customer relationships
- Accurately update customer information and notes in the CRM system
- Work closely with service advisors and management to maximize appointment show rates
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals
- Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary
Qualifications:
- Previous BDC, call center, customer service, or automotive experience preferred
- Strong communication and phone skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Bilingual is a plus
