Your efforts to streamline processes and improve efficiency will be valued and you will be generously compensated for your time effort and innovative ideas.ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIESAssists with planning implementing and overseeing the work of staff members to ensure efficiency and complianceMonitor and direct all dispatching activities including tracking routing and dispatching transportation vehiclesImplement changes to transportation services policies or scheduling as neededCoach team members to develop talentProduce high levels of service including on-time pickup and deliveryProduce high level of productivity and optimal levels of labor spendMINIMUM REQUIREMENTSMinimum of five years experience in LTL Operations or comparable leadership role.Strong leadership and team-building skillsEffective organizational and multitasking skillsWell-developed interpersonal skills.
