Our Service Concierge Team will be responsible for assisting our service department in guest relations. As the first person our parts and service guests will typically meet an authentic warm greeting and the ability to direct the client to the necessary team member is required. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Greet all clients upon pulling on to the service drive
• Pull clients vehicles on and off the service drive.
• Make sure all clients are cleaned upon return to the client.
• Minor facility cleanliness is maintained.
• Perform shuttling of clients to and from their homes and place of business.
• Assist service team to exceed a clients expectations.

Requirements:

• A clean and valid driver's license is REQUIRED.
• Must present themselves in a professional and courteous manner when interacting with customers.
• Must be dependable and reliable.
• Must be able to multi-task and work under pressure.
• Must be Able to walk and stand for long periods of time as well as work outside. This can be a physically demanding position.
• Must be able to drive both automatic and standard transmission vehicles
• Must have basic computer knowledge
• Customer Service experience is preferred
• Professional appearance is necessary
