Career Connection Network has a new opening for a dedicated and dynamic Service Coordinator! This is a temporary to hire opening paying up to $21/hr. with a local company that prides themselves on providing exceptional customer service to their clients! The successful candidate will have prior experience in a coordinator or dispatching role with a background in service scheduling and work order processing. Other skills and qualifications to be successful in this role include: Proficiency in CRM software and MS Teams; Strong time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail; Strong problem solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving conflicts; 2 + years of experience in customer service/support; Experience with QuickBooks and logistics scheduling is preferred. The Service Coordinator will help ensure smooth daily operations while upholding the company's commitment to exceptional customer service by: Scheduling and coordinating appointments between technicians and customers. Creating, updating, and closing work orders to ensure accurate documentation. Communicating daily with technicians to confirm schedules, job updates, and readiness. Handling customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and timely resolution. Maintaining accurate client records and assisting with onboarding new clients. Coordinating the ordering of parts and supplies with clear, transparent tracking.
