This includes understanding customer equipment and preferences technician abilities and the geographic and timing constraints to be as efficient and impactful with precious service technician time. What are we looking forHS Diploma (required)/Associate Degree (preferred).2 years experience in Parts and/or field repair/maintenance service required.Mechanical aptitude a plus. Be highly motivated and an independent thinker. Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced demanding setting. Ability to multi-task work under pressure and meet deadlines required.Operating knowledge of Microsoft office software field service management software CRM software.
