Learn more at Pavion and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated Service Dispatcher to join our fire business unit.Primary Responsibilities:Plan technicians routes for service calls based on availability skill and geographical locationAssisting service department in daily operationsFamiliarity with New York City Long Island and WestchesterProvide information to technicians relevant to their calls.Contact Customers prior to service call to confirm appointmentOther various duties asked of managementBasic Qualifications:High School Diploma or GED2 Years experience as a DispatcherBasic computer skillsPreferred Qualifications:2 Years experience as a Dispatcher within the Alarm IndustryKnowledge of Fire Security CCTV and Card accessAbility to communicate and handle customer service issues independently and resolve them in a timely and professional mannerExcellent organizational customer service and time management skillsSalary: $25 - $30/hr depending on experienceDisclaimer: This job description should not be construed to imply that these requirements are the exclusive standards of the position.
