Sentar is seeking a Service Integration & Strategic Alignment (SISA) Team Lead in Charleston SC!Role Description:The qualified candidate for the Service Integration & Strategic Alignment (SISA) Team Lead will communicate goals objectives and strategic vision across the organization. This includes working with all teams and leadership levels to optimize change management processes review cybersecurity service delivery and integration requirements and align resources effectively.The SISA Team Lead will provide input on major technical implementation initiatives and apply strong project management and SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) methodologies to guide team members through daily operations as well as mid- to long-term projects.Communicate and execute strategic goals and objectivesCollaborate with all teams and leadership to optimize processesProvide input on major technical implementation initiativesApply project management and SAFe methodologies to daily operations and mid- to long-term projectsRepresent senior leadership in their absence including attending meetings and making decisionsTrack and execute action items generate and distribute reports enforce team decisionsMaintain task completion and performance objectivesSolve operational issues using established procedures and expertiseLead daily standup meetings weekly and quarterly planning sessionsCreate process documents and workflows to improve operationsQualifications:Clearance Level: TS/SCIEducation: N/ACertifications: PMPExperience: U.S. Citizenship required.Minimum 5 years serving in IT-related roles1-2 years experience working in a cybersecurity service environmentAbility to interpret policies and procedures for development of risk and impact analysisExperience with compliance regulationsStrong attention to detail quality assurance and control experienceAbility to work independently with minimal oversightAbility to communicate with a wide variety of teams individuals and audiencesExperience in resource planning and budget projectionsPosition may require up to 25% travel as neededPreferred Qualifications:Knowledge of DoD Cyber policiesExperience with Information Security Continuous Monitoring (ISCM)Experience with the Risk Management Framework (RMF)Working knowledge of big data analyticsWorking knowledge of cloud architectureExperience with project management methodologies (e.g. SAFe)Highly Desired:Ability to communicate goals objectives and strategic visionAbility to foster a professional goal-driven team cultureAbility to lead daily standups plan Epics and Stories and support strategic initiativesExperience tracking and executing action items generating reports and enforcing decisionsExecutive-level presentation skills (slide decks whitepapers decision briefs)Experience leading SAFe Scrum TeamsFluency in Atlassian products (e.g. Jira Confluence)Benefits at Sentar: Our unique ownership model attracts top talent giving employees the freedom to take initiative and drive meaningful addition to cultivating a thriving and inclusive work environment Sentar offers an extensive benefits package designed to support the well-being of employees and their families.
