Administers staff development programs through needs assessment and implementation of education and training programs for Clinical staff. Responsibilities involve unit specific patient population education orientation nurse internship and in-service programs.QualificationsREQUIRED:1. Bachelors in Nursing from an Accredited College or University.2. Minimum (3) years experience in clinical area.3. Demonstrates ability to educate others and serve as a positive change agent4. Effective analytical and organizational skill as well as excellent oral and written communication skills.PREFERRED:1. Masters Degree in Nursing from an Accredited College or University.2.
