Serra Ford Farmington Hills is seeking a dedicated and proactive Service Lot Porter to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facility while providing exceptional guest service. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to ensuring a positive experience for all customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests upon arrival, providing excellent customer service and assisting them with their needs
• Maintain the cleanliness of the parking area, showroom, service lane, and other public spaces
• Drive vehicles safely, including manual transmission cars, when necessary
• Assist with valet parking services as needed
• Support dealership operations by performing various tasks as assigned
• Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both verbal and written forms
• Experience in a dealership environment preferred but not required
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn
• Ability to work with a team, as well as different departments within the facility
