This is an exciting opportunity to join a respected dealership with a strong customer base, a supportive leadership team, and a culture built on integrity, teamwork, and high performance.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, coach, and develop service advisors, technicians, and support staffManage daily service department operations to ensure efficiency and productivityMaintain exceptional customer satisfaction and handle escalated concernsMonitor department performance, profitability, and KPIsEnsure compliance with dealership, manufacturer, and safety standardsCreate a positive, customer-focused environment that drives repeat businessQualificationsAutomotive service management experience requiredProven leader with a strong track record of “moving the needle” and excelling in key metrics such as HPR and ELRStrong communication, leadership, and organizational skillsProven ability to manage workflow, schedules, and team performanceKnowledge of Ford service processes is a plusAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-centric environmentWhat We OfferCompetitive salary + performance bonusesHealth, dental, and vision benefits401(k) optionsPaid time offTraining and growth opportunitiesA modern service facility and a supportive team atmosphereRequirements:RequirementsMinimum 3–5 years of automotive service management experienceProven leadership history with documented success “moving the needle” in key departmental metricsDemonstrated ability to improve and maintain strong HPR (Hours Per Repair Order) and ELR (Effective Labor Rate)Strong understanding of service department financials, forecasting, and KPI managementAbility to recruit, train, motivate, and retain high-performing service advisors and techniciansExcellent communication and customer service skills with the ability to resolve escalated issues effectivelyStrong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environmentAbility to create a positive, team-oriented culture focused on efficiency, quality, and customer satisfactionProficient in service workflow management, dispatching, and shop loading strategiesExperience with CDK Drive (Dealer Management System) is a huge plusFord dealership or Ford service department experience is a major plusThorough understanding of manufacturer warranty procedures, repair order documentation, and complianceAbility to collaborate closely with Parts, Sales, and Fixed Ops leadership to achieve overall dealership goalsKnowledge of safety regulations, shop compliance requirements, and OSHA guidelinesValid driver’s license with a clean driving record
