Field Service Mechanic at Accentuate Staffing

Accentuate Staffing is assisting a leading machine shop specializing in custom equipment, who is seeking a skilled and versatile Field Service Mechanic to join their growing team in Durham, NC. This is a direct hire opportunity working Monday-Thursday 6:30am-5pm. Responsibilities: Perform on-site installations, service, and repairs on custom equipment for pharmaceutical clients. Collaborate with customers to ensure optimal equipment performance. Conduct field and in-house fabrication and mechanical assembly as needed. Assist in the shop during downtime, contributing to various mechanical assembly, fabrication, and machining projects. Requirements: Proven experience as a Field Service Mechanic or similar role, preferably in a machine shop or industrial setting. Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues. Experience in fabrication and assembly. A clean driving record is required. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
