Job Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $100,000 - $155,000 annually (base salary + performance bonuses)

As a Service Plumber , you'll be a vital part of our frontline team, providing expert plumbing services to residential and commercial clients. You'll be expected to:
Communicate effectively with dispatch for smooth scheduling and job flow.
Diagnose and repair plumbing issues with professionalism and precision.
Provide exceptional service to our customers, including responding to emergency calls as part of an on-call rotation.
Maintain cleanliness and functionality of company vehicle and equipment.
Uphold the company's standards and represent our values in every interaction.
What We're Looking For
Minimum 2 years of plumbing experience (required).
Valid Driver's License (required).
Current Plumbing Apprentice License (w/2000 hours +) or Plumbing License (preferred).
Proven ability to generate $35,000+ in monthly revenue (training and support provided).
Strong work ethic with a focus on customer satisfaction and team collaboration.
Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation and work occasional weekends.
Schedule
10-hour shifts
Monday through Friday
On-call rotation
