We only accept direct applications.Key Responsibilities:Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, faulty fixtures, and water heater problems.Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems such as piping, faucets, toilets, water heaters, and drainage systems.Work with HVAC technicians when plumbing is integrated with heating and cooling systems.Provide clear, courteous communication to customers regarding the scope of work, time estimates, and any required follow-ups.Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes and safety regulations.Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and service reports.Keep company vehicle stocked, organized, and clean.Participate in on-call rotation for emergency service calls, as required.Qualifications:High school diploma or GED required; completion of a plumbing apprenticeship preferred.Valid plumbing license (state-specific requirements).Minimum 2–4 years of plumbing experience, ideally in service and repair.Experience working in coordination with HVAC systems is a plus.Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, tools, and equipment.Excellent customer service and communication skills.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.Physical Requirements:Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, work in confined spaces, and perform physically demanding tasks.Comfortable working in varying environmental conditions (heat, cold, outdoor/indoor).Benefits:Competitive pay based on experienceHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchPaid time off and holidaysOngoing training and career development opportunitiesCompany vehicle and tools providedJoin a growing, professional team committed to quality, integrity, and customer satisfaction.
