Service Receptionist - North Park Lincoln DominionAs our new receptionist you will be the voice and face of our dealership. So we need someone with a winning attitude and a professional appearance. While we prefer someone with experience candidates with great potential will also be considered. To be a success in this position you will need to be reliable professional and self-motivated.ResponsibilitiesUnderstand and follow receptionist processes and proceduresCashier responsibilitiesScheduling reservationsScanning faxing & emailingUpdate telephone directoryOrder suppliesDiffuse client concerns and direct them to the appropriate team member for assistanceAssist with ordering suppliesScheduling for Express ServicesOther duties as assisgnedEducation and/or ExperienceHigh school diploma or GED1 to 3 months of related experience and/or trainingCandidates with an equivalent combination of education and experience will also be consideredPhysical DemandsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
