Service Shop Foreman at Nashville

Cumberland International Trucks is seeking an experienced commercial truck dealership Service Foreman to join our team in Nashville TN. This position willhelp launch performance and customer satisfaction to the next level while motivating and managing service technicians. Work with all makes and models medium and heavy duty class 7 and 8 trucks and brands like Cummins Eaton International Allison etc. From dealing directly with customers to assigning repair work the Service Shop Foreman will serve as liaison between techs and customers; should have customer service and supervising experience; dealership experience desired.Responsibilities:Recruit interview and hire knowledgeable technicians that can follow OEM repair guidelines.Coach and mentor technicians to produce quality repairs in an efficient manner.Responsible for managing the service departments financial goals by analyzing efficiencies and gross profit margins.
