Job DescriptionJob DescriptionJob Title: Automotive Technician (B-Level)OverviewWe are seeking a skilled B-Level Automotive Technician to join our fast-paced service team. This position is ideal for a technician with solid mechanical abilities who is ready to handle general repairs, maintenance work, and intermediate diagnostics. You will be working in a very busy shop that is fully heated and cooled, providing a comfortable environment in every season.Key Responsibilities• Perform maintenance services such as brakes, suspension, fluid exchanges, and general repairs• Complete intermediate-level diagnostic testing and troubleshooting• Inspect vehicles and report needed services clearly and accurately• Document all work performed in the repair order system• Maintain a clean and safe work area• Follow dealership, manufacturer, and safety procedures• Collaborate with A-Level techs and service advisors as neededQualifications• 2+ years of automotive repair experience• Strong mechanical skills and an understanding of vehicle systems• Ability to complete maintenance and mid-level repairs with minimal supervision• ASE certifications preferred, or willingness to work toward certification• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environmentWork Environment• Heated and cooled shop for year-round comfort• Busy, high-volume service department Benefits• Competitive pay based on experience and certifications• Health, dental, and vision insurance• Paid time off• 401(k) with company support• Employee discounts• Ongoing training and career development opportunities
