Job DescriptionJob DescriptionMid-Level Journeyman Automotive TechnicianLocation: Ripley,WV Heated and Cooled, Fast-Paced EnvironmentJob Summary:We are seeking a mid-level Journeyman Technician to join our busy, climate-controlled shop. The ideal candidate has solid experience diagnosing and repairing vehicles across multiple systems and can work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining excellent workmanship. You will be working in a very busy shop that is fully heated and cooled, giving you a comfortable space to work.Responsibilities:Perform diagnostics and repairs on engines, transmissions, brakes, electrical systems, and other vehicle components.Conduct scheduled maintenance and inspections accurately and efficiently.Assist with mentoring less experienced technicians when needed.Maintain clear communication with service advisors regarding repair scope, time estimates, and parts requirements.Keep the work area organized and follow all safety protocols.Qualifications:3–5 years of professional automotive repair experience.ASE certifications preferred.Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a busy shop.Reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to quality.Work Environment:Heated and cooled shop for year-round comfort.Busy, collaborative, and fast-paced atmosphere where teamwork and efficiency are valued.Benefits• Competitive pay based on experience• Health, dental, and vision insurance• Paid time off• 401(k) with company support• Employee discounts
